SHIPPNG POLICY 

 

We are not responsible should you order an incorrect size dress. We encourage you to call or email us prior to ordering if you have questions about dress size, color, or fabric, or questions about product availability and shipping times.

 

Refunds for item cost, shipping charges, or other fees are not allowed when item shipments are returned to us due to an undeliverable address, incorrect shipping information you provide, or delivery refusals for any reason. Please double check your shipping information prior to ordering.

 

All orders are subject to item availability and payment verification. Orders are not shipped until approved. Once approved, your order cannot be changed (this includes sizes and colors). We reserve the right to cancel orders received for any reason prior to shipment.

 

Shipping Coverage

We do not process orders or ship outside of the continental United States.

 

Handing Time

In stock items are typically shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM – 5:00PM EST. Other items like out of stock, special-order, or made-to-order dresses require additional processing time. We may indicate approximate order processing times in the item description.

 

Shipping Times and Costs

At our discretion, we use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipments.

Standard UPS Ground shipping in the continental United States to valid addresses is free for individual dress orders over $500. Standard UPS Ground shipping delivery typically takes from 3-10 days. APO, FPO or other special addresses may take significantly longer. Depending on the carrier, we may not be able to ship to a P.O. Box address. We ship most all orders with order tracking and insurance. Your signature is required for dress deliveries.

If you have a time-sensitive order and require expedited shipping, select other shipping options at check out. Additional shipping charges will apply. Delivery times are based on shipping option selected and on carrier shipping times. Some carriers may not provide detail tracking of your shipment. Shipping charges are based on your location and the weight of the item.
Keep in mind that all carrier delivery dates are estimated. We cannot guarantee delivery times.

In-Store Pickup: Local customers can call us to arrange pick up of orders at our retail location in Frederick, Maryland.
