
RETURN POLICY for ONLINE ORDERS
We want to be transparent about our return and exchange policy for online sales. Note that our policy for in-store sales will differ. We strongly encourage you to contact us with any pre-order questions. You cannot change or cancel your order once placed. This policy is specific to our online sales and does not apply to purchases at our retail location.
Items for sale through our website cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. Items not returnable or exchangeable include, but are not limited to, sale, clearance, discontinued, and sample dresses. Inspect your items carefully upon receipt. For most items, exchanges are not possible.
In circumstances where you consider an item to be defective or damaged, you must notify us via email or telephone us within three (3) calendar days after you take receipt of your order. We will call to discuss the item and, if approved, provided an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and instructions for returning your item.
Once an RMA is issued, you must ship the item back to us within three (3) calendar days using USPS, UPS or FedEx. You must insure the item up to the price paid (for your protection) and obtain a carrier tracking number. Items must be properly packaged and shipped using the original box and materials. The RMA must be visible on the package label. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Returned items must be in the original condition. Items must be unused, clean, unaltered, unwashed, unpinned, free of perfume or makeup, and free of debris. Items should have all original tags attached. We will inspect approved returns and notify you whether a refund or exchange is allowable and/or possible based on the reported issue, item condition and available inventory.
Approved returns will be processed using the original method of payment. Original shipping fees, rush fees, any restocking fees, special order fees, or other similar costs or fees will not be refunded. Note that credit card refunds can take five (5) to ten (10) days to process.
Returns that do not follow this process will be refused. If no issues are reported with three (3) calendar days after you take receipt of your order, the sale will be considered final and non-returnable for any reason.
Refunds for item cost, shipping or fees are not allowed when item shipments are returned to us due to an undeliverable address, incorrect shipping information you provide, or delivery refusals for any reason.
